Arsenal and Brighton meet at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday looking to continue their perfect starts to the season. Arsenal have enjoyed two 2-0 successes, while the Seagulls snatched the points late on against Manchester United to make it six points out of six.

This one should be a cracking game, and you can find my Arsenal vs Brighton Prediction down below.

Arsenal vs Brighton Betting Tips

  • Over 3.5 goals @ 13/10
  • Bukayo Saka anytime scorer @ 25/17

Team News

Gabriel Jesus has a groin injury and will be out for this one, with Kieran Tierney and Takehiro Tomiyasu also sidelined. Mikel Merino, the new arrival from Real Sociedad is likely to be on the bench while Thomas Partey’s goal could keep him in midfield alongside Declan Rice and Martin Odegaard.

Matt O’Riley sustained a serious ankle injury just nine minutes into his Brighton debut and will be out for the forseeable, while Solly March also remains sidelined. Brajan Gruda and Mats Wieffer also picked up knocks that could see them miss out at the Emirates, but Danny Welbeck is likely to start against his former club after a flying start to the new campaign.

Arsenal vs Brighton Odds

Arsenal are the favourites to win this one at 17/50, while Brighton are available at 36/5. A draw can be backed at 23/5, over 2.5 goals is 13/25 and BTTS is 17/20.

Over 3.5 goals @ 13/10

Both of these teams seem to have a lot of attacking talent. Brighton have been fearless so far this season, scoring three goals away at Everton before beating Man Utd 2-1 at home, and I don’t think they will be defensive as they travel to the Emirates. Meanwhile, Arsenal got the better of a good Villa side last time out and look a threat going forward.

As a result I think this early kick-off will see plenty of goals. With Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Leandro Trossard all on form, Arsenal will fancy their chances of securing another three points. Brighton may contribute to the goal tally with their attacking might as well.

Bukayo Saka anytime scorer @ 25/17

I really fancy Bukayo Saka to have a great season at Arsenal, and he has made a fine start to the season with one goal and two assists to his name already. Up against Brighton, especially if they play their new left-back, I think he could enjoy himself on home soil.

I’m backing the England man to score at home, just as he did against Wolves on the opening weekend. He is simply a superb footballer, and as Arsenal’s penalty-taker may also be given the opportunity to score from the spot.
