Manchester United Multiple Trophy Odds 2024/25: 5000/1 for all four trophies
Manchester United are making good progress this summer under new partial owners INEOS. Having decided that Erik ten Hag would stay on as the manager, they have changed their strategy and signed a number of exciting young players this summer.
18-year-old Lenny Yoro has joined amid interest from Real Madrid and PSG, while striker Joshua Zirkzee has come in from Bologna. They are two players that can improve the squad right now, but also they can improve the long-term prospects of the club.
So what can we expect this season? Below we have taken a look at Manchester United Multiple Trophy Odds 2024/25, as Betfred has boosted several odds on them to pick up a few trophies this year.
Manchester United Multiple Trophy Odds 2024/25
- Manchester United to win any major trophy @ 11/5
- Manchester United to win FA Cup and League Cup @ 175/1
- Manchester United to win the Premier League and FA Cup @ 300/1
- Manchester United to win FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League @ 750/1
- Manchester United to win the Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League @ 5000/1
It feels like United are in for a great season after a difficult year last term. Ultimately, despite all the injuries and concerns in the Premier League, they escaped unscathed, and the FA Cup win over Manchester City was the perfect way to finish the season. It almost certainly saved Ten Hag his job, and now he is entering his third year in charge.
With two trophies in two years, United are back as contenders for the big prizes, and I think there is plenty of reason to be optimistic around Old Trafford as we head into 2024/25. It’s easy to forget that in Ten Hag’s first season, when he was dealing with the Cristiano Ronaldo issue, United finished third and won the League Cup.
Last season, as much as there were clear defensive frailties, their defence was completely obliterated. Luke Shaw and Lisandro Martinez missed most of the season, meaning Diogo Dalot was also played out of position. Raphael Varane, no longer at the club, didn’t play a big part, and instead the likes of Casemiro were forced to fill in at the back.
With the arrival of the highly-rated Yoro and the return to fitness of both Martinez and Shaw, United will have a new-look back four this season, with Diogo Dalot reverting to his preferred right-back role. I also think they are going to profit from the slight regression of other teams.
They beat champions Manchester City in the FA Cup final, and given Pep Guardiola’s men could lose Ederson, I don’t think they will be quite as strong this term. Meanwhile, Liverpool are entering a new era under Arne Slot and are sure to regress, while Arsenal could be exhausted after two failed title challenges.
I’d back United to get the better of Chelsea, Tottenham and Aston Villa, which should see them return to the top four at the very least. They’ve also proven themselves to be a fantastic cup team of late, so the 750/1 on them to win the FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League is perhaps worth a shot.
The boosted odds for them to win any trophy at 11/5 seems like a safe pick, given what we have seen over the past couple of years, and the additions they have made this summer. Meanwhile, if you fancy them to win a quadruple, and get back to the top of the Premier League you can get absolutely massive odds of 5000/1.
