Baroka vs Pretoria University Prediction: AmaTuks beware of Baroka

Pretoria University face Baroka for the second time in these Relegation play-offs. They would have been expecting to have full control over the group after starting their campaign with a win, but Richards bay proved too strong to handle. Will the Students be able to take all three points again or will Baroka have learnt from their previous match and take the much needed points from this encounter.

In addition to this, we also have seen a disappointing result for Pretoria university when they faced Richards Bay FC. This however, would have not dampened the spirits in the Pretoria Camp as they are with out a loss against Baroka in each of their last three meetings. They have also managed to find the back of the net in each of their last three matches against Baroka FC. The last time Baroka got a win against Pretoria University was in February of 2023.

The last encounter was quite dramatic, with an 88 minute Goal deciding the tie. The goal came through 24 year old, Kamohelo Pheeane, who has been the student's most prolific man in front of goal. He provided an assist too Abrahams when they played out to a one all draw against Mamelodi Sundowns. He will be a player that Baroka will be mindful of. One factor that has played a big role against Baroka has been their situation in the dugout. Coach Morgan Mammila has come into this role with an expectation to qualify for the DSTV Premiership. However, the result agianst Richards Bay fc can be interpreted as a sign of bigger things to come from this outfit. Especially when considering that they are adjusting to the new coaches tactics and methods, maybe, this is the advantage that Baroka needs to qualify ahead of Richards Bay and Pretoria University.
