3 Way - Draw 57/20
The London Derby takes centre stage once again, with West Ham poised to take on Chelsea. The Hammers have struggled in this fixture, having conceded a goal in each of their last nine matches against this opponent. However, Chelsea have enjoyed playing West Ham in recent times. They scored five goals against them in May of this year and they have also been the first team on the score sheet in seven out of their last nine meetings.
West Ham however, have not lost to Chelsea at home since April of 2021. They have two wins and one draw against them at home in their last three matches. The Blues picked up a win last time out against Bournemouth, but they have struggled for consistency this season.
The Blues are hot and cold, for example, they scored six goals against Wolves in the Premier League, and then went on to lose 2-1 to Serviette in the UEFA Conference League. They are yet to put together a run of results that will put them on track this season. For that reason, it is hard to back the Blues with the on and off performances they have dished out in recent weeks.
The Hammers are also hot and cold, losing to Villa and City since the turn of the season. They are sitting 14th on the Table on 4 points. They are yet to hit their stride this season and they too, are difficult to back in this game. However, they come alive in the London Derby. Especially when they are playing at home. So consider them a threat but, not enough to win the match outright.
