Kicking off Match day 10 in the premier league, is Arsenal vs Newcastle united. Both are going through a rough patch of form but you can't imagine it will last long with both teams being capable of bouncing back at any moment.

Here are a few markets to consider adding to your bet slip...

Newcastle United vs Arsenal

Newcastle United are without Sven Botman (Knee), Jamaal Lascelles (Knee), Callum Wilson (Back), Matt Targett (Eczema), Martin Dubravka (Knee), Kieran Trippier (Hamstring), and Anthony Gordon (Groin).

Arsenal are without Kieran Tierney (Hamstring), Martin Odegaard (Ankle), Ricaardo Calafoiri (Knee), Gabriel (Knee).

Newcastle United Predicted Line-up (4-3-3): Pope; Krafth, Schar, Kelly, Hall, Guimaraes, Tonali, Joelinton, Gordon, Isak, Willock.

Arsenal Predicted Line-up (4-3-3): Raya; Partey, White, Kiwior, Timber, Saka, Rice, Merino, Martinelli, Haverts, Torssard.

Double Chance - Draw or Away 27/100

Arteta's side is currently sitting third in the league behind Liverpool and Manchester City. They are level on points with Aston Villa who have been the surprise package this season. The gunner have a very worrisome injury list and with 9 matches played this season, they have risen above exportation with the personnel they have at their disposal.

The Magpies have struggled since Match day 4 when they were sitting in the top four. Since then, they managed an impressive draw against Manchester City but, that high didn't last with two losses in a row coming against Brighton and Chelsea. They did manage to beat Chelsea last time out in the EFL Cup but in the league that defeat saw them drop down the table to 12th.

History between these two sides favours Arsenal, They have win 5 out of their last 8 matches against Newcastle United. At Saint James Park, Arsenal has won 8 out of their last 13 matches with their last win coming in May of 2023. This match will take place a year later from their previous meeting that Newcastle won by a single goal to nil. There really isn't much to separate these two teams. That is why, I have opted for the double chance. A draw or a win to Arsenal.
