Spain vs Andorra Prediction: Big home win expected for Euros hopefuls
Luis de la Fuente will take charge of his first major international tournament this summer as Spain head to Euro 2024. Luis Enrique’s successor has already won the Nations League and secured qualification to Euro 2024 in style, so there are growing hopes that Spain could do some damage in Germany.
To help them prepare for the tournament, they host neighbours Andorra, with the nation dreaming of winning another European Championship, just as they did in 2008 and 2012. Below you can find my Spain vs Andorra prediction.

De la Fuente still needs to cut his squad from 29 to 26, so we are likely to see a second-string line-up as he looks to finalise his decisions. David Raya could be handed a rare start while Marc Cucurella and Robin Le Normand are expected to come into the defence. Ayoze Perez is fighting for his place in the squad and is in line to make his debut, along with Fermin Lopez.
Cucu is set to lead the line for Andorra, while Iker Alvarez and Marc Vales have returned to the squad having missed the internationals in March. Moises San Nicolas and Joan Cervos are expected to start as part of a back five.
Spain are 1/100 to win this game, with Andorra priced at 69/1. A draw can be backed at 13/1, over 2.5 goals is 3/20 and over 4.5 goals is 91/100.
Spain -4.5 handicap @ 23/19
This is a complete mismatch, and although we are expecting changes from a Spanish point of view, they should be able to score at will against a weak Andorra outfit. The visitors recently drew with South Africa, but they’ve always struggled against the big European nations, so I’m expecting a handsome home win here.
I think the -4.5 handicap offers the best value on the current market, which means we are backing Sain to win by five goals. They are going to have plenty of attempts at goal, and I’m not expect Andorra to get out of their own half, which means they are likely to be in for a long night.
With a talented and exciting attack, I think Spain could score a bunch against this second-rate opposition.
3-Way 1-10 minutes Spain @ 41/20
Some more value here in my eyes, is backing Spain to be winning by the 10-minute mark. Now they should be on top from the first whistle, and they’ve also proven themselves to be fast starters in recent matches. They scored in the fifth minute against Cyprus, and in the fourth minute against Georgia, while Rodri converted a penalty in the 12th minute against Brazil in March.
They seem to come out of the blocks quickly, and I expect they will be able to score early on against Andorra. We are getting great odds for them to be ahead after 10 minutes, and given they are such a short price to win the match, I think this is a good angle to take a look at.
