The Premier League returns with a London derby between Tottenham Hotspurs and West Ham United. The Hammers have struggled to establish a rich vain of form this season, while Spurs positive run of results was halted by Brighton last time out.

Here are a few markets to consider adding to your bet slip...

Tottenham vs West Ham Predictions

Team News

Richalison, Wilson Odobert and Son Heung-min are all still out injured and unavailable for Tottenham.

West Ham will be without Niclas Fullkrug who is still out with an Achilles injury. The summer signing has missed the last four games in all competitions, since he suffered his injury.

Tottenham Predicted Line-up (4-3-3): Vicario; Udogie, van de Ven, Romero, Porro, Maddison, Bentancur, Kulusevski, Werner, Solanke, Johnson.

West Ham Predicted Line-up (4-1-4-1): Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Palmieri, Rodriguez, Bowen, Soucek, Paqueta, Kudus, Antonio.

Double Chance - Home or Draw 3/20

Although both these teams have struggled for form before the international. West Ham are historically a difficult side for Tottenham to beat. They have not lost against their London rivals in each of their last three meetings. That run includes two wins, and a draw. One win coming in the Premier League and the other coming in an international friendly. The last time Spurs defeated West Ham was in February of 2023.

Although Spurs have struggled in the league, losing to Newcastle United, Arsenal and Brighton. They have shown glimpses of brilliance beating Brentford, Qarabag and Manchester United by scoring three goals in each of those matches. That was nine gaols in there matches, while also conceding the one goal to Brentford.

These teams are separated by two points and a win for West Ham will see them leapfrog Spurs. On the other hand Spurs will look to bring themselves back into contention for a top six spot with a win. They are two points behind Brighton who sit in sixth and Ange will be eyeing that spot.

Being fresh from the international break, I'll be backing the home team to win this one or for it to play out to a draw. The best market for either result would be a double chance, home or draw.
